The products offered on shop.skiclinic.fr are, for the vast majority, available in our stores.  In most cases, these are seasonal products for which stock cannot be renewed.  Should a product be out of stock, we will inform you and offer either a new delivery date, or a replacement product if possible.  You may also request the cancellation and refund of your order.  Any return expenses inherent to the right of withdrawal are to be born by the customer.

Delivery methods – Continental France

Orders received before 11 A.M. are handled and shipped the same day, with a lead-time of 1 to 4 days (except skis).

Saturdays, Sundays, and bank holidays are to be added to the initial delivery lead-time.

Package inspection upon reception

When receiving your package, you must imperatively inspect the general state of your package.  If the goods have been damaged, we advise you to refuse the delivery; we will handle ensuing litigations with our transporter and will provide you with a replacement product.

TAXES

Orders and deliveries that are to be completed within the European Union are subject to French VAT rates that are applicable at the time of the order.  For certain countries that are not members of the European Union, customs taxes may be required by local authorities upon reception of your order.  This customs tax is never included in the amount of the order.

We can provide you with a tax refund form (for later reimbursement of the VAT) for those customers residing outside of continental France.

Your package may be subject to customs and/or importation taxes, in accordance with the country in which you wish to have it delivered. These expenses shall be born by the recipient.

After-Sales Guarantee

The products that we sell are manufactured by reputable and serious brands.  For this reason, they are covered by a commercial guarantee, in addition to the legal conformity guarantee.  This guarantee is conditioned by normal usage of the product; we will ensure with the supplier that your problem is handled properly and as quickly as possible.  The sending of defective products is done by the customer, at their expense and risk.  Ski Clinic cannot be held responsible for product damage resulting from insufficient packaging.  Customers are strongly advised to over-wrap products with bubble-wrap.   Packages arriving with postage due will be systematically refused.

Should the product be immobilized for at least 7 days, this duration shall be added to the remaining period of guarantee. Once the after-sales intervention is complete, the product is returned to the customer at Ski Clinic’s expense.  If it is discovered that the product was not authorized for return and/or the supposed defect is not covered by the guarantee, the product will be returned postage due.  Exclusion: damages resulting from shocks are not covered by the guarantee (ripped-off ski or snowboard edges).  If you encounter a difficulty with a product purchased through Ski Clinic, please contact us by phone before sending your product to the following address:
