SHIPPING FOR DELIVERY IN France

Delivery ensured by

• Transportation services (bulky goods, express)
• La Poste Colissimo (standard)
• Chronopost (express)

Lead time:

• Transportation services 1-2 days
• La Pose Colissimo 2-4 days
• Express: the following day is ordered before 4 PM (except Sat. and Sun.)

Orders are sent the same day as received (if before 4 PM), with the exception of skis that require preparation.
We will provide you with a tracking number once your package has been handed over to the delivery company.
The express delivery rate is not applicable for skis, nor for Saturday/Sunday orders

Tips and Delivery Information

• If possible, have your package delivered to your workplace, as the hours are often compatible with the delivery rounds.
• If you’re absent, a delivery notice will be left with all the necessary information for reaching the deliveryman and making a new delivery appointment.

Product retrieval in our store UPON REQUEST

Your products will be available in the Cluses store after validation of your order and after receiving an email notification from us, indicating the products availability in the store you’ve chosen. In the case in which you would like to retrieve the product the day of order, especially for orders made after 12:00, please contact us by phone at + 33 (0) 4 50 98 00 36 (9AM-12PM and 3PM-6PM), before coming to the store.  It is possible in some cases that the product is not available the same day in store.  You will be informed by email or phone.
